Construction Project Manager – Environmental Services – Silsoe – £40,000 to £50,000
Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a Construction Project Manager for a consistently growing environmental services business that focus on eco friendly landscaping developments within the construction sector.
Within this role you will assist with the completion of documentation and oversee the design process from start to finish to ensure project is completed to time and to the required standard. Preparation of tender documentation and negotiating the technical and commercial aspects of construction contracts will also be key elements to the role.
The ideal candidate will have a BS degree or Prince 2 qualification in construction management, architecture or engineering field. You will have 2-3 years planning experience and familiar with the machinations of the local authority and their involvement in the process.
